In order to ensure that you will have the best opportunity for great photos, we have information listed below that will help you prepare.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

For a Full Portfolio Session, please bring a variety of clothing, summer and winter. At least 5 changes.

For Headshot Session, 2 changes for two different looks.

Females – Bring your favorite clothing that makes you feel confident. You may want to include hose, short skirt, fitted jeans, dark slacks with a variety of tops, hats or scarves, shoes for each outfit. We can mix and match for a variety of looks.

Wash your hair the evening before your shoot. Arrive with large Velcro rollers in your hair. No electric or sponge rollers, we only want body.

Women, teens and up, may wear base makeup; children need a clean face. We will do the rest.

Children - Bring at least five outfits. Fun colorful clothing, winter and summer.

Little girls - come in with large velcro rollers in your hair. Bring hats, if appropriate for outfit, as well as shoes for your outfits. A favorite toy is a great prop.

Males - 5 changes, winter and summer mix, hats or props are welcome.

For Everyone - study magazines, and get ideas for fun looks, outfits and shots.

We offer 2 types of Portfolio Photo Shoots:

• Professional High-Res Digital Portfolio Shoot - $295. 1 (or more) hour duration.

• Headshot only - $100 for commercial headshot for actors, singers, and audition use. Approximately 30 minutes.

NOTE: Photo shoot must be paid in full on shoot days.

All photo shoots are by appointment only and some photos are done outside, so if the weather is unsuitable, we will postpone, and reschedule.

If you must cancel your shoot, we need 24 hours notice, or you will be responsible for payment.

High Resolution Digital Shoot for Portfolio and Comp Cards INCLUDE:

• The Shoot: High resolution digital images made outdoors

• Selection of Images for comp card.

• Routine digital retouching of the 5 selected images (red-eye removal, lighten/darken image, etc.)

• Five portfolio prints on Premium Photo Media.

Extra options not included:

FROM THE IMAGES SELECTED FOR THE PORTFOLIO

Additional portfolio prints at $12 each

Extensive image retouching or alterations billed at $35/hr. or portion thereof.

For photos of images other than those selected for the portfolio above, $35 each for the first print, $12 each for additional copies of the same print.

CD of high-resolution digital images in universal JPEG format for you to view on computer or to print can be ordered.

Portfolio books may be available for sale. Check at time of shoot.

Image for Headshot Card INCLUDES:

• The Shoot: High Resolution digital images, 2 looks.

• Selection of the Image for the Headshot card.

• Routine digital retouching (red-eye reduction, lighten/darken, etc.)

• Provide one 8 x 10 in. headshot portfolio image on Premium Photo Media. Full color. (No extra charge for conversion of image to Black & White if desired)

Extra options not included:

Extra 8 x 10 in. images printed on Premium Photo Paper/Archival Inks - $12 ea.

Extensive image retouching or alterations billed at $35/hr. or portion thereof.

For photos of images other than those selected for the headshot above, $35 each for the first print, then priced as above for extras of that image.

CD of high resolution digital images in universal JPEG format can be ordered.
